Mischeiveous Chai is loving his new fam-jam!

Our sweet little Chai had a furever home in Mexico, but unfortunately that family had a child and decided it was not so furever after all. Luckily, his photo caught the heart of an amazing family here in Canada!

Here is what they had to say when we checked in 1 week after Chai went home:

“I have to say that Chai is so sweet. It has gone so much better than I could have imagined. He is such a good dog!! He took to the travelling in stride and is so loving to us. He is getting to know his environment and is loving the big yard and walks. We are so in love with him already!

He is learning or relearning sit learning to stay and seems to come to me when I call for treats of course! I have to coax him out. But I noticed a few times yesterday he went to the door and I opened it and he went out! He always goes pee and poo outside. He has almost marked 2 times in the house but I caught him just in time with a a firm no he stopped And we went right out and he went pee. It almost seemed like an absent minded habit for him.

He is eating and drinking. He loves to play and he entertains himself with chew toys. He likes keep away games. He hides his special things behind furniture! He is super agile and loves small spaces. He will find nooks and cranny’s outside and in. He loves to snuggle too. He has absolutely brought us so much love already and he is really the best little guy. We love him and can’t imagine life without him already.”
